Aris has over 19 years’ experience in accounting and tax, both in Cyprus and the US. He is a member of the Association of the Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) and the Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Cyprus (ICPAC).Aris has been successfully leading the team at C Accounting & Tax for the past fifteen years. He handles clients’ tax affairs, both locally and internationally, and has extensive experience in local and international tax consultation and financial reporting. His client portfolio includes companies from various industries such as professional services, intellectual properties, manufacturing, distribution, retail, financing, telecommunications, oil & gas, investments, funds, construction and development. Aris holds non-executive positions in several regulated firms.Aris holds a B.Sc. (First Class) in Accounting and Information Systems from the City University of New York, Queens College. He is a certified accountant (ACCA) and has received the Advanced Professional Certificate in Transfer pricing from IBFD.
Eleni holds a Bachelor's degree in Economics & Political Sciences specializing in Development & Programming from the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki (Greece). Eleni joined C Accounting & Tax in 2018 and is responsible for overseeing various compliance and regulatory matters for both international and domestic companies.Eleni is also responsible for payroll consultation and administrative matters. She is also fluent in Greek, Russian and English.
Marianthi is a qualified accountant and a member of both the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales (ICAEW) and the Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Cyprus (ICPAC). She holds a BSc in Accounting and Finance from the University of Cyprus. With over six years of experience in audit, financial reporting, and client management, she began her career at PwC Cyprus, where she advanced from Associate to Manager. During this time, she gained extensive expertise in standalone and consolidated audits, IFRS compliance, and strategic client management, working with clients across a wide range of industries. In September 2025, she joined C Accounting & Tax as a Manager. In her current role, she applies her technical expertise and leadership skills to provide high-quality accounting and tax advisory services, supporting clients in meeting their financial and regulatory objectives.
Rafaella holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a major in Accounting, from the European University of Cyprus (EUC). She is a member of the Association of the Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) and the Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Cyprus (ICPAC). Rafaella has joined the team of C Accounting & Tax in 2017. She is responsible for the financial reporting of clients, both local and international, involved in the field of trading, manufacturing, distribution, retail, financing, investments, construction and development. Rafaela has an extensive experience in Cost accounting and budgeting of manufacturing and construction entities.
Kleio holds a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting with Corporate Finance from the Edinburgh Napier University. She is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales (ICAEW) and a member of the Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Cyprus (ICPAC). Kleio has over 8 years of experience in audit where she was assigned in various engagements in industries such as Investment holdings, Trading, Education and Bunker fuel. Kleio is responsible for the financial reporting requirements for both local and international clients, specialising on consolidations.
Raphael holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting and finance from the University of Portsmouth, with advanced expertise in financial reporting and compliance. With over 8 years of professional experience, Raphael has worked across various industries, including Investment Holdings, Trading, and Services, gaining in-depth knowledge of their accounting and tax requirements. During his career, he has been instrumental in executing audit engagements, preparing financial statements, and ensuring compliance with local and international tax regulations. Raphael has worked extensively with VAT compliance, corporate tax submissions, and advising clients on regulatory requirements.
Panayiotis holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and is currently in the final stages of completing the ACCA qualification. He is also a member of the Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Cyprus (ICPAC). He has over 9 years of experience in accounting and financial reporting, having worked with companies across various industries including financial services, construction, banking and investment structures. Panayiotis has been involved in bookkeeping, management accounts, reconciliations and the preparation of financial statements, while also having exposure to consolidations and reporting requirements for both local and international clients. He is passionate about continuous professional development and enhancing financial analysis and reporting processes.

His strong foundation in economic theory and analysis enables him to provide insightful financial management, ensuring accurate reporting, compliance, and strategic decision-making for the organizations he works with. Aliki is a qualified accountant and a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales (ICAEW) and the Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Cyprus (ICPAC). She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and Management from the University of Reading. Aliki has over 5 years of experience in audit and financial reporting from her employment at PwC Cyprus. During this period, she gained expertise in IFRS and IAS compliance and developed client management skills by working with clients from various industries such as trading and investment holding entities. Aliki joined C Accounting & Tax as a Senior Accountant. She is responsible for the financial reporting and tax advisory of clients, assisting both local and international clients to meet their regulatory and financial objectives.
Anna holds a bachelor’s degree in Philosophy and English from the University of Lodz. She joined C Accounting & Tax in 2025 and oversees a range of administrative functions, including accounts receivable management. Anna is fluent in Greek, English, and Polish.
